We provide professional mobile detailing services, including interior and exterior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, window tint, and other related automotive appearance services.

All services are subject to availability and vehicle inspection when necessary.

Quotes provided online, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may change if the vehicle's condition differs significantly from the information provided. Any price adjustment will always be discussed with you before additional work begins.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each customer.

Certain services may require a booking deposit to confirm the appointment.

Customers agree to follow the guidelines outlined in our Customer Guide.

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless another payment arrangement has been made in advance.

Certain services require a booking deposit to reserve the scheduled appointment. Any booking deposit collected is applied toward the final balance and is not an additional service fee.

Booking deposits, cancellations, rescheduling requests, and no-shows are subject to our applicable cancellation and appointment policies.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring vehicle access, and removing personal belongings before the appointment.

We are committed to reviewing concerns fairly and working toward an appropriate resolution whenever possible.

We take reasonable care when working on every vehicle. However, Soriano's Mobile Car Wash & Detailing LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, manufacturing defects, previously repaired or compromised surfaces, or conditions that become visible during the normal cleaning or detailing process.

Customers are encouraged to inform us of any known damage, delicate areas, aftermarket modifications, or other conditions that may require special attention before service begins.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or waive any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited or waived under applicable law.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will apply only to future appointments unless otherwise required by law.
